- Bidder sensitivity: the price simulator and the económica read the same price against 2, 5 and 8 rivals (points, chance of being cheapest with its n, abnormal-low line), refusing below either sample gate.
- Weekly competitor summary: wins detected that week and each watched company's share of its CPVs, last 90 days against the 90 before, both denominators printed.
- Section owners and days: each criterion of «Preparar la oferta» gets an internal owner and a day before the deadline, shown in the company's calendar until covered.
- Answer bank: the four questions suggest what the company answered on its other tenders; «Usar estas respuestas» copies owners, references and commitments, never the decision.
- /cobertura: what Licia holds from each official source, when it last read each, new procedures per day, open ones with their pliego, and what it does not cover.
- Local model tier (off): a self-hosted model can be a third tier behind agy's two quotas, priced by the hour it holds the host.
- Award and verdict on every listing row: «Adjudicada a X por Y € sin IVA (−Z %)» on the award card's rules (a natural person or masked identifier is «Persona física»), plus your company's own Go/No-Go stamp.
- «¿De cuántas te habría avisado?» replays a saved search over the last 30 days; a sentence typed in the search box is offered back as the filters it means.
- Customer cases (
/casos-de-cliente): published only with written consent and figures read from the account; empty and unindexed until one exists. - Tender widget (
/widget-licitaciones): associations and consultancies can embed a sector and province's open tenders, without cookies, each row linking back to Licia. - Ask the órgano and read its answers: published answers are stored as pliego documents and a new reading says which requirement each changes, beside your evaluation; the questions card counts the days left (art. 138.3 LCSP), drafts the formal request to paste and lets you mark «Ya la he preguntado». Licia never sends anything.
- «Qué cambió en el pliego corregido»: when a rectified pliego arrives, the tender page compares the two readings (requirements, money and calendar terms, criteria where visible) with each change's before and after.
- Prefilled DEUC and declaración responsable (
/expedientes/{id}/deuc, Word/PDF, in the sobre A package): every field filled from the profile, the notice and the pliego, or marked; Part III and the signature always the signer's. - What bidding costs: preparation hours by procedure type × hourly cost against the simulator's expected value, and the aval of the definitive guarantee over execution plus warranty.
- «Qué lotes te convienen»: lots ranked by solvency, size, history in the CPV and competition, every reason a column; never part of the verdict.
- Plan comparison on /precios, the same table as /facturacion, each tick read from what the plan allows; blog corrections listed under each post and on /blog/correcciones; /novedades, the customer-facing changelog with RSS.
- «Pruébalo con un expediente que ya conoces», security.txt, humans.txt and an accessibility statement listing only what the code applies.
- Three legal traps before bidding: a guide and a free checklist (arts. 75, 50.1.b and 159.4.a LCSP), each article linked to the BOE.
- Weekly alerts without an account: every sector and province page offers «Recibe cada lunes lo nuevo en …», with double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe.
- «Licia para consultoras y despachos»: a landing for several client companies under one login, inside the Empresa plan.
- «Seguridad de tu cuenta»: two-step verification with an authenticator app (recovery codes shown once, the key stored encrypted) and the list of open sessions with «Cerrar esta sesión» / «Cerrar las demás».
- Profile from the company's website: the import reads the home page and up to four pages about the company and proposes fields.
- «Deshacer» after discarding a tender, and «Compartir esta búsqueda» as a signed link with the filter only.
- What each configuration change moved is written in the company history, which the owner reads on «Equipo».
- Share a tender with your advisor: an expiring, revocable read-only link to the verdict, its cited reasoning, the calendar and the Go/No-Go PDF, with an access log.
- Milestones in the calendar feed: the last day to ask for clarifications, a dated site visit and the latest legal opening day, each saying whether the date comes from the pliego or the law.
- «No cuadra»: the tender page flags where the verdict's prose contradicts a threshold computed by code, and the check fails the pipeline and the golden-set run.
- «Tu historial con este órgano» (contracts won and mean comparable baja) and «Calcular distancia» (road km and driving time from your base, CartoCiudad/IGN) beside the cost sheet's transport row.
- Staff subrogation: the annex is read into a cited table without names, and its yearly cost is proposed as a cost-sheet row the company confirms.
- Procurement glossary at /glosario: 35 terms, each with the LCSP article that governs it and the guide that explains it.
- The three calculators email their result as a PDF, after confirming the address, with marketing consent asked separately.
- Weekly case law at /jurisprudencia: TACRC resolutions that change how to bid, quoted verbatim with a link to the official PDF, filterable by sector and by email every Monday.
- New since your last visit: «Nueva» on listing rows, new counts on each saved search, and what changed on a followed tender since you opened it.
- Channel per saved search (email and chat, email only, or Slack/Teams only) and «Tus avisos» for per-person copies and bell preferences.
- Follow a contracting body: its new tenders and, with market intelligence, its predicted re-tenders.
Cambia
- The optional expert services are no longer offered (owner's decision); one switch brings them back.
- /privacidad lists the help assistant's question log (what, why, legal basis, how long); its rows no longer link to the request that named the account.
Arreglado
- A digest no longer reaches an address the company has just removed or replaced as if it were a member's copy.

- More conditions read from the pliego: the guarantee period, the opening of offers (public or not, the last day, who assesses them) and the limits on subcontracting with their critical tasks, each quoted, on the conditions card, the PDF and the fact sheet; the conditions reading now takes 90k characters.
- Your copy of the documents: Licia keeps a copy of the documents of the tenders you follow and lets you download it, or a ZIP with the case file.
- Minimum data to recommend (80 % by default): a GO with too few eliminatory requirements resolved goes to human review stating the figure; and an «Equipo exigido» table compares the roles the pliego names with your team.

- «Contra quién se presenta» on the competitor file, from the actas already read (co-bidding and who scored higher on the same lot), and a formula backtest against the mesa's published price points that lists the lots that do not match as golden-set candidates.

- Empresa terms on /precios and in /condiciones §19: support, availability (no percentage promised; the public status page is linked) and what «a medida» can and cannot include.

- Report logo: a company on the Empresa plan can upload a logo (PNG or JPG) that heads its Go/No-Go PDF beside its brand name; the file is re-encoded on upload, never accepted as SVG, kept with the company's documents and deleted with the company.
- Consultancy mode: one login can work for several client companies. The tender page says which company's analysis is on screen and switches between them, a company without a verdict never shows another's, the funnel export follows the selected company, and the brand with its logo can be copied to the other companies in one step.
- «Flujo de trabajo» in the dossier: the company's own phases with IA questions, manual tasks, forms, documents and attachments, each resolved from what Licia already holds (ticks, the document vault, uploads, the cited checklist answers); a phase's progress is computed from its steps, never stored.

- Listing affordances: «Copiar enlace» copies the search's canonical URL; «Datos desde …» says how far back each source reaches, from a stored fold; the filter panel folds and remembers it in the URL; a locked menu item names the plan that includes it.
- «Mapa»: the search as a grid of the 52 provinces, shaded by one grouped count; each province narrows the search, and rows with no province are counted, never placed.

- «De dónde sale este número» under the tender page's market figures: comparables, bidder-count coverage, à-tipo awards with the median without them, the spread of the bajas and a reliability chip, every figure with its sample.

- The Go/No-Go report grows and can carry your brand: risks and exclusion causes, questions for the órgano and the checklist before submitting; on Empresa, your name and tagline in the header and footer, with the AI disclaimer still on every page.
- The técnica cites your evidence, and you can see what the AI receives: the coverage matrix takes each requirement's state and vault document from your dossier; «Qué recibe la IA con este encargo» lists the context, the model and the full prompt.
- The proposición económica written by Licia: the pliego's model quoted, the signer from your profile, the amount you type in figures and in words with its VAT, the arithmetic checked by code and a final state that never says «listo para presentar», plus a justification guion for an abnormally low offer.

- Amount and date filters: a maximum amount with its own chip, the presets «Hasta 15.000 €» and «De 15.000 a 50.000 €», a lot-aware budget filter with «Encaja por el lote N», publication windows (7 / 30 days or a range) and a deadline range on the Madrid clock.
- Multi-select states (En plazo, Publicada, Vencida, En evaluación, Adjudicada, Desierta, Resuelta, Anulada, Anuncio previo), a logged-in listing that opens on «En plazo», and filters by autonomous community and by several provinces. Saved searches inherit every new filter, and old status codes keep their meaning.

- An analysis counts once, in the month of the company's first verdict on that tender: lots, re-analysis after a corrected pliego or a changed profile, and a colleague opening it again are free. At the limit, what is analysed stays and new work waits for the 1st or a plan change; nothing is charged above the quota. /facturacion shows the month's count against the quota.

- «Traer mis contratos públicos» on /perfil. One click folds the awards PLACSP published to the company's NIF into «Contratos anteriores», one line per tender with year, object, buyer, amount ex VAT, CPV, lots and a reference that makes a second click add nothing. The company's own lines keep their place and wording; contratos menores count (executed work) and are labelled; a masked winner or the TED copy of a contract is never read as the company's. The 40 most recent tenders, newest first. Measured 2026-10-02 on production: 16.719 companies hold at least one unmasked award in the corpus and 5.649 two or more; the one real profile with a NIF holds none, so this is for the companies that sign up next.
- Turnover per fiscal year, the RC policy and the team that can be assigned on the company form. The three last closed years are asked for (the window moves on 1 January by itself), the single turnover figure is filled from the best of them when left empty (art. 87.1.a LCSP), and all three reach the Go/No-Go prompt. They print only when filled, so every profile that does not use them renders byte for byte as before and keeps its verdict fingerprint: no stored verdict is recomputed by this deploy. Seen on LicitAI's company form, which asks for the same data.

- The guide gate for requirements counts pliegos, not requirement rows. The audit asked for «≥30 extracted requirements in the division»; measured against production on 2026-09-22 that gates nothing — one sector holds 166 requirement rows over 3 pliegos. On the unit I1.2 settled (a pliego votes once per kind), six of the eighteen sectors clear thirty and twelve do not, so the family ships twelve pages rather than the «~15» the audit projected from the row count. The gate went up, not down, and the index says out loud why the other sectors have no page.

/preciosis rebuilt whole; the eight document pages share one head and sit in bands; the two landings lost their kickers and gained a closing band; the tender page's monospaced caption chrome becomes the sans label vocabulary the shipped stat labels already use. The stylesheet ends smaller than it started — the components that replaced the inline styles are paid for by deleting the chrome those pages stopped using, including a closing banner drawn on a teal gradient that belonged to no palette this product has shipped.

/privacidaddocuments the new processing — what the form collects, why, and the pre-contractual basis (art. 6.1.b RGPD, measures taken at the data subject's own request) — and states the retention rule the system actually honours: the row survives as the do-not-contact record, and the contact data goes on request- The memoria-técnica post is retargeted at the intent that reaches it. It draws 640 impressions in 28 days and no clicks, ranking around position 31 for «ejemplo memoria técnica licitación» and «modelo memoria técnica licitación» — so the title now says «estructura, índice y ejemplo real», and a new section derives the índice from a real cuadro de criterios (criterion → points → epígrafe → pages) instead of describing one. The honest answer to "is there a template?" is a new FAQ entry: no, because the índice has to reproduce that pliego's baremo

- The listing gave each tender a 500px card, one labelled row per field, half of it whitespace beside a four-character value; estado, plazo, importe and CPV now share two columns and the órgano keeps the full width. The submission dossier led with a summary that listed all fifteen missing requirements — four screens of the very checklist below it, so the part with the buttons started off-screen; it shows five and puts the rest one tap away
- "Precios" sat outside the public nav's scroll row on a phone with no scrollbar and no fade, so the menu read as four items; the row now leaves the fifth peeking and fades its edge. The funnel counters wrapped into ragged lines — one card, then two, then three — and read as a mistake rather than a layout
Arreglado
- The company dossier cut every organism name to eleven characters ("Alcaldía d…", "ADIF - Pre…"), on desktop as much as on a phone: "Dónde gana" reuses the data-sources list, whose grid is *code · name · stamp*, so a two-cell row put the name in the 72px column meant for "PLACSP"
- The pricing comparison table scrolled its cost column off the right edge with nothing saying it was there, and the scoring table's price row painted one tinted bar per cell with white gaps between them while its total sat indented behind an empty label track
- The guided tour pointed at the navigation on phones, where it lives inside a closed drawer: the target measures 0×0, so the spotlight drew a 12px ring in the corner of the screen and cut the backdrop's hole there. Those steps are a plain centred modal now

The hint underneath was already honest about it ("nuevas en todas las fuentes") while the label above named something the number is not; with no watched CPVs it now reads "Nuevas esta semana" and offers the link that would make it personal. Both branches of that label are pinned by tests
- The sidebar said "Blog y Guías" and the public header "Blog y guías"; the filter bars on
/mercadoand/radarwere the only ones with no surface under them

- Contracting-body matching no longer accepts a shared CPV as proof. Of 182 cross-source matches, 141 rested on CPV overlap alone and one of them linked two genuinely different procurements. The cause was narrow: the aggregated feed appends the deciding organ to the entity name, whole-string equality failed, and the code fell through to the weaker evidence. Names are compared segment by segment now, and how far two agree before diverging is the strength of the evidence — an acronym alone still asks the CPV to corroborate, and no shared leading segment confirms nothing at all
- An expiry is read on the user's day too: Madrid runs ahead of UTC, so for the first hour or two of a Madrid day a certificate expiring today read as expiring tomorrow, and one that had expired still read as valid
- Webhook delivery counters on
/estado, counted apart from the chat channels because one outbox row can be a delivered email and a webhook that never landed, with a warning naming how many subscriptions are failing — a customer's broken endpoint used to read as silence. Counts only: the endpoint URL and the signing secret never reach the page - Sales readiness (platform-phase W9): the seller can run a full demo and hand over a trial account without an engineer in the room. Three pieces — a seeded demo company, a trial that starts itself, and the collateral a buyer asks for before signing
/metodologia, the trust page (platform-phase W8): what the system does to a pliego, how well it does it, and what we do not claim. Public, indexable and linked from the footer of every page, it is the answer to the procurement questionnaire and to the sceptic — verifiable accuracy, published with its caveats, which is precisely the claim a weekend clone cannot make
Cambia
- A re-submitted onboarding form no longer creates a second company profile. The screen already said "you have one, continue"; the handler now agrees, which matters most exactly where a double click is likely — a trial account's first minute

- The panel no longer shows the same expediente three times. Its four peer cards drew from overlapping sets. A tender waiting on a verdict appeared in the decision inbox, again under "próximos plazos" and again in the radar, so twenty-eight rows on first paint described roughly a third as much real work. The panels are now disjoint by construction: the radar excludes anything already assessed, declared or settled, and each deadline rides on the row it belongs to
- "Requieren tu decisión" becomes the page's one accented, full-width panel, grouped by decision type. The verdict stamp is printed once per group instead of once per row (eighteen consecutive REVISIÓN badges carried no information), each group previews its four most urgent rows behind an expander, and the rows now carry contracting body, amount and countdown, which is what actually tells them apart
- Colour means one thing at a time. Green, amber and red belong to the Go/No-Go stamps alone; deadline pressure moved to an ink ramp (outline, dark, filled) and publication state to a neutral pill, so an amber "5 días" no longer reads like an amber REVISIÓN verdict
- The four KPI cards became a single segmented summary strip and the context panels lost their surface and serif headings, leaving three legible tiers: summary, inbox, context
- "Próximos plazos" is now "Vas a licitar", the lots marked with «Voy a licitar», which had no home on the page; "Últimos veredictos" is now "Descartadas por la IA", the open NO-GO verdicts the inbox never surfaces and the only place a wrong rejection can be caught
